By clicking the box of 'Book Now' the client agrees with all the terms and conditions written below:

1. The photo shoot time that is stated in each reservation is the maximum time of the photoshoot that can last for the photoshoot time.

2. Clients will be charged for a small prepayment after they make their reservations to confirm the reservation. Reservations are confirmed 100% only when the prepayment is made.

3. Photoshoot reservations can be cancelled until 48 hours left to the photoshoot and the prepayment that is taken will be refunded fully.

4. If the photoshoot is cancelled by the client in any case after 48 hours left to the photoshoot the prepayment will not be refunded.

5. If the photoshoot is cancelled by Istanbul Photoshooting, the prepayment will be refunded fully. 

6. The original photos that are taken during the photoshoot will be sent to clients email addresses or to their whatsapp numbers with a link within 48 hours after the photoshoot.

7. Edited photos will be sent to the clients within 5 days after they confirm with us their choices. 

8. All the original photos will be deleted from our archives after 4 months of the photoshoot. The clients will have 4 months to inform us for their editing  photos. If the client does not choose within 4 months the photos will be deleted from the archives and Istanbul Photoshooting does not have any responsibility on the photos after 4 months. 

9. Istanbul Photoshooting agrees to provide a professional photographer with professional equipments for each photoshoot.

10. Photoshoot times stated in each photoshoot package include your preparation for the photoshoot, dressing, choosing dress, transportation between locations if it is multiple locations photoshoot, waiting in the line, eating in Full Day package, pick up and drop off time for Full Day package, changing outfits and etc.

11. If the client comes late to the photoshoot, it will be taken from the clients photoshoot slot time. 

12. If the client does not arrive to the photoshoot there will be 30 minutes waiting time, and after that it will be counted as No Show reservation and the prepayment will not be refunded. 

13. If the client does not arrive to the photoshoot on time, s/he will be charged 100 Euro for extra hour or the photoshoot will be cancelled with no refund. 

14. Istanbul Photoshooting agrees to provide for each client same quality of the photos as promoted on our website and social media. 

15. If the photographer is late to the photoshoot, there will be extra time added to the photoshoot for free.

16. If the photographer does not arrive to the photoshoot during the booking slot, the client keeps right to cancel this photoshoot with fully refund. 

17. Istanbul Photoshooting keeps the right of usage all the images taken during the photoshoots to use in its website, social media and other platforms where it is sold, until the client informs us in written way on email, whatsapp message, SMS, or any other written way, about not using her/his photos.

18. Editing process of the photos includes correction of color, brightness, contrast, also horizon fixing, removal of unnecessary objects and people from the photos, adding sky and birds if necessary.
